KEIBIDROP is free. Most transfers go straight between your devices and never touch a server.

Free forever

• Direct and LAN transfers: unlimited, no account, free forever. Files move over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. Our servers never see them.
• Relayed transfers: when a direct connection is impossible (strict NAT, guest WiFi, some mobile networks), traffic is forwarded through our relay servers. The free tier runs at full speed whenever the relay has headroom. On a busy relay, free sessions share the remaining capacity fairly. Two relay sessions per IP address.

Relay credit

If you move a lot of data through the relays and want full speed even when they are busy, buy relay credit.

Prices include VAT.

• Priority speed: paid sessions keep full speed on a busy relay while free sessions share what is left.
• One payer upgrades the whole session: if either side of a transfer has credit, the transfer runs at priority for both.
• Prepaid, anonymous, no account: you get a code, the code holds the credit. We sell codes, not identities. No subscription, no expiry.
• It works like cash: the code is the money. Anyone holding it can use it, so you can also buy one as a gift. Keep it safe; we cannot recover a lost code.

Buy from inside the app (Settings, Relay credit, Buy) and the credit adds itself after payment. Or buy on the web page and paste the code into the app.

Why these prices

Forwarding bytes costs us money. Nothing else in KEIBIDROP does. So relayed bytes are the only thing we charge for, and only when you want priority.

The relay fleet runs on flat-rate servers and costs us under 25 € a month. A few packs cover the whole fleet; everything past that funds more relay regions. Credit works out to about 2 cents per GiB. Typical cloud transfer services charge around 25 cents per GB.

Refunds

• Unused codes: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email the code and your receipt to marius@keibisoft.com. We verify on the ledger that the code was never used and refund the payment.
• Used codes: a code that has been used, even partially, cannot be refunded. Codes are anonymous bearer values, like cash.
• The code is digital content delivered immediately at purchase. By buying you agree to immediate delivery. The refund policy above still covers any unused code for 14 days.

Terms

• Relay capacity is provided on a best-effort basis. If a relay is unavailable, the app falls back to another relay or to a direct connection when possible.
• Credit does not expire and there is nothing to cancel: no account, no subscription, no recurring charge.
• Sessions that attack or abuse the service can be limited or dropped.
• We cannot reissue or recover a code. We do not know who holds one. Back it up like cash.
