Short version

Why sales are final

A relay pack gives you prepaid access to our relay service. We deliver the access code immediately after payment. The moment your payment goes through, we show you a code that starts with KDT1. That code is live credit from that second onward.

A code works like cash. Anyone who holds it can spend it. Once we have shown it to you, we cannot switch it off, cancel it, or pull the credit back. That is how the system is built, and it is why a sale cannot be undone.

At checkout we ask you to consent to immediate delivery and to confirm that you understand this can end the 14 day withdrawal right. Where the applicable law allows that exception, and where you gave that consent, the withdrawal right no longer applies. Romanian law provides for it under OUG 34/2014, which puts Directive 2011/83/EU into Romanian law.

This does not affect your rights if we fail to supply the service, or if it does not match what we describe here.

If you are not ready to accept that, do not complete the payment.

Try it before you pay

You do not have to pay anything to find out whether KEIBIDROP works for you.

The software is free. Direct transfers between your devices are free. Local network transfers are free. Those never touch our servers and never use relay credit.

You only need a relay pack when two devices cannot reach each other directly. Install the software, try a real transfer, and buy credit only if you actually need the relay.

When we do act

These are not refunds by choice. They are us fixing a failure on our side.

• You paid but got no code. Send us your payment receipt. We will issue a code for the pack you paid for.
• You were charged twice for the same pack. Send us both receipts. We will return the duplicate charge.
• The code we gave you does not work. Send us the code and the receipt. We will replace it.

Write to marius@keibisoft.com. Include your payment receipt and the purchase date. We answer within 5 working days.

What we do not refund

• Credit you already used.
• Credit you did not use. It never expires, so it is not lost. If we refuse you service, your paid credit still stays valid: we cannot connect a code to a person, so we do not cancel it.
• A code you lost. We delete our copy after 24 hours and cannot recreate it after that.
• A code someone else spent. Anyone holding a code can spend it. Treat it like cash.
• A pack you bought by mistake, or one you no longer want.
• Speed that was slower than you hoped. We do not promise a speed.
• Time when a relay server was down or slow.

Disputed and reversed payments

If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may cancel the remaining value of the code it bought.

We may also give the payment processor or the bank our records showing the payment and the delivery of the relay pack. We keep a signed delivery record for every code we hand over.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro and include VAT. What you see is what you pay. Nothing is added at the end.

We are a Romanian company and pay VAT in Romania. If you buy as a business in another EU country and give a valid VAT number at checkout, the reverse charge applies.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing here removes rights your national law gives you and does not let us sign away. In particular, you keep your rights if we do not supply the service, or if it does not match what we describe.
