These terms apply when you buy relay credit from us. They also apply when you use our relay servers.
You accept these terms when you buy a relay pack.
The KEIBIDROP software is free. You do not pay for it. You do not need an account to use it.
Direct transfers between your devices are free. Local network transfers are free. These transfers do not touch our servers.
The source code is public on GitHub. The licence in that repository controls your use of the code.
You buy relay bandwidth. Your devices use a relay server when they cannot connect to each other directly. Some networks block direct connections. A relay server carries the data in that case.
We sell relay bandwidth in prepaid packs:

The price includes VAT. We show one price. You pay that price.
You pay through Stripe. Stripe processes the payment. We do not see your card details.
After payment, we show you a code on a web page. The code starts with KDT1.
Put the code into any KEIBIDROP client. The client adds the credit. The code works on any platform.
The code page works for one day after payment. Save your code before then.
Any person who has the code can spend the credit. We cannot tell who owns a code.
We store your code for 24 hours so that you can open the page again. After that we delete it. If you lose the code after that point, we cannot recover it. If another person takes your code, we cannot cancel it or return the credit to you.
Save your code in a safe place. Send it only to a person you trust.
You can give a code to another person. That person can use it. This is intended behaviour.
Relay credit has no time limit. Unused credit stays valid.
Credit is a prepaid balance for our relay service. It is not money. You cannot exchange credit for money.
We deliver relay credit immediately. It works from the moment you receive it.
At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and you confirm that you lose the 14 day withdrawal right. Where the applicable consumer law permits this, and where you gave that consent, the withdrawal right no longer applies.
This does not affect your rights if we do not supply the service, or if the service does not match what we describe here. Those rights stay with you. Read the Refund Policy for the detail.
We supply the relay service as it is. We do not promise a specific speed. We do not promise that the service is available at all times.
We can stop a relay server for maintenance. We can change which servers we operate.
KEIBIDROP is a transfer service. It is not backup and it is not storage. Keep your own copies of your files until you confirm that a transfer is complete.
For ordinary losses, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
That limit never applies to death or injury, to intent or gross negligence, or to any liability that the law does not let us limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay with you in full.
Obey the law of your country. Obey the law of Romania.
Do not use the relay to send content that is illegal.
Do not attack our servers. Do not try to get credit that you did not pay for.
Our relay servers cannot read your data. The data is encrypted from end to end. We therefore cannot check what you send. You alone are responsible for your content.
We can refuse service to a person who breaks these rules.
Relay credit is anonymous bearer value. We cannot connect a code to a person, so we do not cancel credit when we refuse service. Credit you already paid for stays valid.

A relay pack does not need an account. We do not ask for your name. Stripe collects a billing address because the law requires it for VAT.
We can change these terms. We show the date of the last change at the top of this page.
A change does not affect credit that you already bought.
Romanian law applies to these terms. The courts of Iași, Romania hear disputes.
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you keep the rights that your national law gives you. This paragraph does not remove those rights.
You can also contact the consumer protection authority or the alternative dispute resolution body in your country. In Romania that is ANPC, at anpc.ro.
